I know I've been on and off. I try to keep updating my blog but I've been really busy, and not many adventures these days. At least for now :)

Another reason I've been MIA is because I've been working on a few things.

I have a new blog in the works, http://kameazul.blogspot.com/ which is mainly for Spanish. Basically this will be a place where I'll post Spanish subtitles to any audio or video I'm enjoying at this moment. I may even include English subtitles, if requested. Subtitulando!

De verdad, si hablo con alguien en español, apenas puedo comprender lo que escucho. Entonces, para mejorar la comprensión, estoy subtitulando pelíluclas y episodios variadas que me gustan. Este es muy divertido y puedo aprender mucho porque muchas veces tengo que llenar los blancos dónde no entiendo.

Recientemente,  he empezado un gran proyecto. Estoy subtitulando, Los Secretos de Sus Ojos(Argentina) (ya sé que ya está subtitulado, pero quiero hacerlo por mi mismo.), El Limpiapiscinas (Chile), y algunos episodios de Profesor Súper O Recargado (Colombia). Como ya no hay subtitulos o no puedo encontrarlos, voy a subirlos acá en mi blog.

Aún Soñando

Hace mucho tiempo que no escribir nada, pero yo he vuelto, y ese tiempo en español! Yo estudiaba en la escuela secundaria y en la universidad pero nunca llegaba a tener fluidez. Después de aprender el japonés, yo tengo muchísimo más confianza y por eso estoy listo por la próxima prueba.

¡Muchas cosas han pasado pero todo bien! La vida ha cambiado mucho! Una vez más, me gustaría compartir mi nueva aventura con ustedes. Lo que me interesa es los colombianismos y panameñismos, entonces poco a poco mientras los aprendo, voy a tratar de usarlos más. Si tienes consejo, está bienvenido.

父親が帰ってきました！

お久しぶりです。
いよいよ父親がパナマから帰ってきました。僕が日本へ行ったきり会ってないです。それは二年間っていうことです。たぶんあと３ヶ月ぐらい両親またパナマに行くので、できるだけこの時期を大切にします。
僕が日本に行く前に、まだ少年でした。日本でいろんなことを経験してきて、帰国して、就職しました。なんとなく男になった気分がします。鏡を見れば、お父さんの顔が見えるし、自分んの顔が見える。ホンマに大人になってる信じられないけど、もっと自分なりの感覚で生きてる。
だからこの３ヶ月お父さんとお母さんと一緒に大切にしたいって思っています。
あとで一人で生きていく。ホンマに全ては自分次第です。
次はどこなんでしょうか？

Home Sick

It's been about 5 months since I've left Japan.
All I can say is I miss Japan.
I find myself comparing everything to where I was in Kobe, Japan.
I miss being able to ride my bike.
I miss taking the train, especially to Osaka :)
I miss walking to wherever I needed to go.

I love my current job, and because I get to work from home, I wish I was able to go to Japan and just work from there when I have long periods where I have to work from home like this.

The benefits of public transportation were a big plus for me. I don't like driving much.
So for example, now anywhere I need to go takes at least 30 min. by car. Not cool.
I can go from Sannomiya to Umeda in that time!! And I don't have to drive!

I don't physically like working at home, so trying to find a cafe or somewhere with wi-fi is pain since everything is so far apart. My adjustment time is going to double because of this, because all I think about everyday is Japan. All I think about how easy it was from my apartment in Shinkobe to go to Sannomiya and find some cool cafe to just sit and chill in.

I'll just ride it out.

I miss Kobe.

I miss Osaka.

I've got to get back soon.

I miss Japan.

I'm home sick.
